Red Circle Tea Moon Harvest Festival Tea Dinner
Consider yourself in front of a magical door that is about to open slowly, deliciously, invitingly to the wonder of the most sensorily intoxicating food and tea event of the year! Red Circle is hosting the first annual Moon Harvest Festival Tea Dinner on Saturday September 10th at 5:30 pm.
There will be tea aperitifs and conversation about the teas we will be enjoying before dinner.
Dishes will include Wu Yi Tea Roasted Duck (of course) Anxi Bai Pian Green Tea Glazed Shrimp, Pea Shoots with Lotus Root, Roasted Pork with Mutlan Honey Dan Chong and Kumquat tea dipping sauce, Moon Cakes and Osmanthus soup with white tea to name a few.
We'll be serving up some amazing and rare teas like Anxi Bai Pian green, citrusy and sweet, Mutlan Honey Dan Chong Oolong, and a dark roasted 1984 Ti Kuan Yin Oolong, a bold 2004 Xia Guan raw puerh cake and a glorious 1994 Liu Bao Private Collection fermented tea.
Each guest will leave with a sample of tea and all teas will be available -this night only- for sale at a 25% discount.
