Red Circle Tea

Hong Kong

I am thrilled to be back in Hong Kong.  This is one of the most exciting and vibrant cities I’ve ever been in. Happier (and warmer) than New York and sexier than LA, more cutting edge than Shanghai, this is Asia’s mecca for food and fashion.

Tonight I went to the Harbor City mall in Kowloon and had dinner at HIP katsu.  I had a delicious Japanese breaded pork Katsu cutlet and eggy custardy things, a salad, miso soup,  and pickled vegetables and tea. It was a bit on the pricey side, at 108 HKD but absolutely worth it.

Then, I headed to Jean Paul Hevin, my favorite chocolate shop outside of Paris.  I picked up some booty that may or may not make it stateside.
