Spring Tea is almost here, and I'm on my way to China!
The spring harvest is beginning. In the northern tea growing regions of China green and white tea plants are coming out of their long dormant stages and pushing all the nutrients they have from the tips of their roots through the pulsing heart of the plant to the tiniest buds. Those buds will reach maturity in about a week and a half, and I'll be there to meet them. I'm heading to Hangzhou on the 27th and on the 28th and 29th I'll be studying all aspects of green tea production in Shi Feng and Mei Jia Wu areas of the Dragonwell tea growing area.
Stay tuned and wish me luck!
