This is a perfect gift set for anyone who loves a tea time treat. This Jasmine is a soft and refreshing tea made of the highest quality spring buds and leaves folded in with Jasmine flowers. Sweet homemade caramels accompany this tea. We used the tea to perfume the caramels for a perfect compliment.

Baochong Oolong and Organic Tea Roasted Almonds

It is traditional in Taiwan to have snacks with tea. Boiled peanuts or dried sour plums are a common companion to the tea cups and conversation around brewing tea. We decided to build on that theme, and roasted organic California almonds with our Baochong tea, salted them lightly with Pink Himalayan salt and paired them together.
