Wednesday February 22 from 6 - 8 pm
Part I - Tea Basics will cover a broad spectrum of information about tea including the differences between white, green, oolong, red and black teas. We'll cover basics of where tea comes from and how different teas are made. We'll also learn how to make hot vs. cold tea properly.  (http://teachsharelearn.eventbrite.com for details) 

Wednesday March 14 from 6 - 8 pm

Part II- I'll be covering brewing times and temperatures for each tea we'll taste as well as growing regions of each tea and philosophies of why we drink tea. We'll also briefly discuss sourcing and organic certification.  (http://teachsharelearn.eventbrite.com for details)

Sale Green teas including private collection Japanese Sencha will be featured!  Learn the basics about tea growing regions, tea preparation, ask a tea expert questions about tea you've always wanted to ask. Learn about water quality, brewing times and tea varietals as well as the history of tea.

Cost: $15 to taste teas on the menu; $5 more to taste private collection teas.
